SUBMISSION GUIDELINES
Corrections.com always welcomes story ideas, and we encourage corrections practitioners to submit articles. Pieces from those outside the corrections industry also will be considered as long as they are relevant to the corrections field or help corrections practitioners.
Generally, articles should be no longer than 1,000 words. Articles longer than 1,000 words will be separated into two pieces and continued the next week.
Once approved, the editor will try to post the piece as soon as possible depending on timeliness of piece and other news occurring that week.
Accompanying photos are also encouraged.
Articles accepted by Corrections.com gives Corrections.com first rights to the article. Subsequent article publication must have Corrections.com original publication information.
