Since 1980 Glasspec has supplied molded fiberglass furniture and accessories to the mental health, correctional , educational and public facilities. In addition to that, we manufacture a multitude of products and components under license for a number of OEM companies in various other markets. We have added to our line a number of "safe" designs that address the suicide issue. All our products are American made. We are family owned and operated and are located in Miami, Florida.

Commitment to Corrections:
Glasspec was first to design and manufacture a free standing bed out of fiberglass for correctional use, 28 years ago. Since then, we have continued to bring new products to market: stacking cot, restraint bed, shelving, wall mounted beds, beds that do not have exposed fasteners and a stool and wall mounted desk designed to prevent its use in suicide attempts. We continue to listen, modify and develop new products for correctional and health care use.
